My name is Rubecca and I have been a head chef/kitchen manager for 12 years and in the last two years I began life on my own as a professional private hire chef. Also, last year i started my very own home education cookery and nutrition sessions, where i teach children all about food and share my chef knowledge in a fun, inspiring and safe space.

I am a dedicated and passionate self-trained chef, I started out very modestly in a burger van and worked my way around the picturesque Norfolk Broads and most of central Norfolk, gaining good reputation and positions, while I learned all the knowledge I could about the culinary world.

My cooking style is characterised by its emphasis on classic, comforting flavours, with a special fondness for crafting heart warming Britain and Italian fusion dishes. I just love creating authentic homemade dishes using the freshest locally sourced ingredients, transforming them into simple, high-quality and memorable culinary experiences, ensuring each meal is both delicious and unforgettable!

I take pride not only in my cooking and teaching, but also in my high standards in hygiene and food safety. I am fully trained in food safety, allergies and intolerances and I am registered with the food safety agency and rated 5 by broadband food authority which means very good.

Starting out in a burger van to progressing into being a professional private chef and cookery teacher has been an amazing dream come true. I have always aspired to have my own café, but i find my passion in the private culinary realm where i can enjoy freedom and creativity the most! Becoming a fully registered and insured chef means i can take my kitchen expertise anywhere. Ensuring every guest receives the best experiences in a safe and memorable way.
