Italian Inspired Menu

Appetisers: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Bruschetta topped with Gorgonzola cheese and Parma Ham, drizzled with Honey.
  • Toasted Ciabatta topped with pan fried King Prawns, Pancetta and Chorizo basted in a beautiful garlic butter
  • Antipasto Roll; Smoked salmon filled with Cream Cheese, Spring Onion, Pepper and Flat Leaf Parsley, rolled and skewered with a Lemon infused Olive.
  • Grilled Crostini rubbed with Garlic, topped with Garlic butter sauteed Mushrooms, drizzled with a Basil infused Olive Oil and dressed with a fresh Basil leaf. 

Starter: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Focaccia flatbread topped with herbs, olives and cheese, served with a dipping oil.
  • Scallops pan fried in Garlic oil topped with crispy Pancetta bits.
  • Caprese salad; a fresh salad prepared with Tomatoes, sliced Mozzarella, sweet Basil and seasoned with Salt and Olive oil. 

Mains: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Steak cooked to your liking, marinated in Chilli and Garlic Olive oil, served with roasted New Potatoes and roasted Peppers. 
  • Classic Lasagne; layers of Lasagne sheet Pasta, Beef Ragu, Bechamel, herbs and Mozzarella cheese, served with a toasted Garlic Ciabatta slice. 
  • Wild Mushroom, Spinach and Garlic Risotto, drizzled with White Truffle oil and garnished with grated Parmesan.
  • Honey marinated Salmon fillet, served with New Potatoes dressed with Olive oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette. 

Dessert: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Chocolate Yogurt topped with Hazelnuts, Strawberries and drizzled with Limoncello.
  • Vanilla Panna Cotta served with fresh Raspberries and drizzled with a Raspberry Coulis.
  • Amaretti ice-cream sandwich; delicious Coffee ice-cream sandwiched between two Amaretti Biscuits.

British Evening Menu

Starter: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Crispy Brie triangles served with seasonal Salad leaves and a Cranberry sauce dip.
  • Garlic Butter Sauteed Mushrooms, served on a bed of seasonal Salad leaves and a creamy Garlic Mayonnaise dip. 
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings filled with Beef Brisket and Horseradish. 

Mains: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Cottage Pie; minced Beef and vegetable sin a Red Wine gravy, topped with creamy Mashed Potatoes and Mature Cheddar Cheese. 
  • Pea and Leek Risotto, topped with a Poached Egg and Parsley.
  • Oven baked Cod Loin with a rich Parsley sauce served with New Potatoes and Asparagus.

Dessert: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Local Norfolk Cheeses served with Fruit, Butter and a selection of Crackers.
  • Brownie Cheesecake pots topped with a Salted Caramel Ganache.
  • Plum and Black Cherry compote topped with Raspberry Crumble. 

British Festive Menu

Starter: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Prawn Cocktail; Prawns dressed in Marie-Rose sauce, seated upon crisp Baby-Gem Lettuce and garnished with Lemon and Dill.
  • Mini Camembert served with toasted Sourdough bread.
  • Roasted Pepper and Tomato Bisque garnished with Crème Fraiche and Basil.
  • Crispy Garlic sauteed Mushrooms served upon a bed of seasonal Salad with Garlic Mayonnaise dip.

Mains: Each guest chooses one of the following:

  • Roast Beef with a roast Fondant Potato, Stuffing, Pig in Blanket, creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower cheese, Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Savoy Cabbage, Mulled Wine gravy and Yorkshire Pudding.
  • Roast Chicken with a roast Fondant Potato, Stuffing, Pig in Blanket, creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower cheese, Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Savoy Cabbage, Mulled Wine gravy and Yorkshire Pudding.
